Annual PPK Alumni International Event

In the afternoon of July 17, the Kazinczy street building of the Faculty of Education and Psychology of ELTE hosted a farewell event for fresh international graduates. Besides the informative presentations delivered by fellow graduates, the event provided opportunities for networking and getting to know each other as well.

Participants at the event, entitled “Annual PPK Alumni International Event”, were greeted by Judit Balogh-Kátai (Alumni Centre) and András Budai (International Alumni Chapter), who talked about the ELTE Alumni Centre and the advantages of joining the alumni community of the university. This was followed by presentations by the faculty’s past graduates and present students. Elina Mukhametdinova (Human Resource Counselling MA, 2022) and Dayana Sánchez (Educational Science MARIHE programme, 2023) talked about their experiences in searching for and successfully finding a job with the degrees they obtained at PPK. Bhavya Chhabra, who is currently a doctoral student in the Doctoral School of Education, talked about the ups and downs of the PhD programme.

The second part of the event was dedicated to networking and getting to know each other, with one table offering the option to engage in guided discussions with the use of narrative “Dixit” cards.
