The American Mayo Clinic, in collaboration with the Department of Affective Psychology at Eötvös Loránd University, was the first to recognize that fear and stress caused by the epidemic can have serious health consequences for patients and health professionals. The two institutes have therefore gathered the tried and tested techniques with which we can do a lot to maintain our health.
