HOW CAN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AID INDUSTRIAL ANIMAL HUSBANDRY?

Márta Alexy and Bálint Molnár have received the Best Paper Award at the IEEE Cognitive Mobility International Conference for their study this year. Using artificial intelligence, the authors analyse digital data collected from beef cattle kept in the pastures. Scientists from the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture and Balázs Barkó, a software designer student, also contributed to the publication. In the context of the award, we interviewed Márta Alexy, associate professor at the Department of Data Science and Technology.
