The Eighth Congress of the International Association of Anthropology and Pre-Historical Archaeology was held in the capital of Hungary in 1876. After nearly 150 years, between 30 August and 2 September, the international representatives of the profession gathered in Budapest again. The Hungarian National Museum also put on an outdoor exhibition for the conference to present the most intriguing moments of the last century's congress.
